- Please don’t use any faulty items after finding the fault. We may not be able to provide a refund if you do.
- Please do not discard any item unless we direct you to do so.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
- Unfortunately, our sale items cannot be returned/refunded.
- Please inform us within 7days after finding the error or fault. We will endeavour to process your refund immediately.
